Developing Our Relationship- Steps to Success

  • 1- Virtual Meeting

    During an initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the services we can provide in our partnership. We will request a set of financials and proof of ownership to create a quote.

  • 2- Review and Accept Proposal

    Upon an assessment of clean-up and recurring duties, I will provide a quote and proposal of services for you do virtually sign and pay.

  • 3- Access and Action

    Receive a welcome email, we get started working on secure access points needed for virtual workflows. Then you can sit back and relax because Fluffy Hammer is in action!

FAQs

How often should I receive financial statements?

Financials can be available upon reconciliation of any month-end. Most clients prefer either monthly or quarterly financials, depending on the industry. We will supply it and can be available to discuss in more depth as needed.

Do I need to give you my secure logins?

Absolutely not. In fact, we require our own logins for every touchpoint which is established on day one.

We only accept third-party, view-only bank and credit card logins. For our own access security, as well as yours, all require 2-factor authentications.

We love a good audit trail, and online security is a top priority.

I already have a bookkeeper but unsure about tech stacks- can you help?

We would love to help! Tech stacking is our world.
