Developing Our Relationship- Steps to Success

During an initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the services we can provide in our partnership. We will request a set of financials and proof of ownership to create a quote.

Upon an assessment of clean-up and recurring duties, I will provide a quote and proposal of services for you do virtually sign and pay.

How often will I get my financial statements?
We deliver financials after each month-end close—like clockwork. Most of our clients opt for monthly or quarterly reports, depending on their industry. Want to review them together? Perfect. We’re always up for a numbers chat (coffee optional, spreadsheets required).
Do I have to give you my secure logins?
Nope. That’s a hard no.
We use our own logins for every system we touch—set up from day one. For your safety and ours, we only accept view-only, third-party access, protected with two-factor authentication. Why? Because we love a solid audit trail and take your online security seriously (like, Fort-Knox-level seriously).
