    During an initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the services we can provide in our partnership. We will request a set of financials and proof of ownership to create a quote.

  • 2- Review and Accept Proposal

    Upon an assessment of clean-up and recurring duties, we will provide a quote and proposal of services for you to sign virtually.

  • 3- Access and Action

    One you receive our welcome email, we get started working on secure access points needed for virtual workflows. Then you can sit back and relax because Fluffy Hammer is in on the case.

How often will I get my financial statements?

We deliver financials after each month-end close—like clockwork. Most of our clients opt for monthly or quarterly reports, depending on their industry.

Want to review them together? Perfect. We’re always up for a call to review in a live virtual meeting.

Do I have to give you my secure logins?

That’s a hard no.
We use our own logins for every system we touch—set up from day one. For your safety and ours, we only accept view-only, third-party access, protected with two-factor authentication.

We love a solid audit trail and take your online security seriously.

I already have a bookkeeper, but they need some training and upgrading. Can you help?

Yes! Helping other professionals to level up their skills is one of our favorite things.

My accounting firm just needs some write-ups during busy season. Do you provide a la carte packages?

We do offer options as needed for outsourcing write-ups and clean-ups, depending on the deadline and volume of work. We have a phase- based billing with flat fee prices as well as hourly options. This requires all documentation be provided by your firm, and client communication remains within the firm’s system.
